A music and vocal producer, Jeff co-produced the Tierra albums "Welcome To Cafe East L.A." and "Two Worlds - Dos Mundos," with band leader and founder of Tierra, Rudy Salas. Jeff has owned and operated MOONLIGHT STUDIOS, Los Angeles with producing partner David Vasquez since 1981. He teaches music producing and recording for UCLA Extension.
